It is a holiday home situated on a flat plot within pine forest with distant views of the Pacific Ocean on the west horizon. The land has an extension of 5.005m2 in which is located a constructed volume of 390 m2. The program includes a main living room and dining room that connect with the kitchen on one side and the main room on the opposite side, which adds the daughter’s room at the end of the corridor. All in a single level which rises like piano nobile enhancing the view towards the distant horizon on the neighboring houses and the garden. Down, on ground level, we find two guest rooms, a game room, a covered gallery, service room and garage. The raised piano nobile connects to the terrain and garden through a set of stairs and ramps (to facilitate the accessibility of the owner’s wheelchair). The main terrace along with the pool are situated in front of the main living room on an intermediate level between both floors.

The house is a laminated wood pavilion made with a compound structure consisting of two rows of pillars on which support the master beams.
