This house was projected in a plot located in the Loteo Golf de Manquehue, Lo Barnechea, in the eastern sector of Santiago. The terrain is in the foothills of the Manquehue hill, facing the cordillera towards the north-east, and has an elongated proportion in relation to the direction of the contour lines. Accessing from a lower vertex, from the back of a small dead-end street.

The program includes several precincts, distributed in a single floor plan extended along the contour line in the highest part of the sit. They are settled in the following ordertw; two service bedrooms with bathroom, laundry room, service yard, kitchen, dining room, main family room, covered terrace of outside seating, desk and guest bathroom, parents bedroom, master bath and dressing room, two children’s bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a family room. An interior gallery connects the series of enclosures; this one has a glass partition as an enclosure throughout its length, integrating itself to a narrow patio with a mirror of water, twhich is walked through in a parallel way to the retaining wall in the western slope of the land, delimiting the interior space of the house. A ground floor contains a garage for three cars, warehouses and services, and a large access patio able to park up to six visits’ cars, to which rises by a short road that extends from the street. A half-floor slope that takes advantage of the irregularity of the topography allows to arrange the main living-dining area with a higher height than that of the bedroom sector, maintaining the same level of the deck slab.
