This house was custom made for a family of father, mother and up to six children, on a 917 m2 flat site of irregular shape, located in a residential neighborhood of single-family homes in the east of Santiago. The floor plan extends along the southern-west boundary, perpendicular to the official building line, opening up towards the North – East and the mountain range views.

On the ground floor were disposed receipts, services and childrens’ areas, enabeling the second floor with the parents’ area, overlaped over the childrens’ bedrooms in order to release a greater height in the living – dining room and the covered terrace; enclosures which integrate a spatially continuous pavilion with garden.

The house was fully executed in concrete in sight using white cement pigmented, pursuing to give a lightness to the mass of the material by the suspension of floating planes in a bright space.
