House in Camino El Colibrí
This is a large house designed to gather a large family. Located on top of a hill, with a magnificent view over the Andes Mountain range. The reception rooms, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom were located on a single floor. A basement below the main level contains a game room and an indoor swimming pool. On the same level, there is a swimming pool with an outdoor living area, with a circular patio. The terrace is partially covered with a semicircular lawn, which forms a flat garden in front of the pavilion on the main floor of the house.
The house was built in reinforced concrete, with exposed face finish on the exterior and with insulation and white paint in the interior.
