House in Curamávida street

This house includes 4 children bedrooms, an adjoining family room, master bedroom with bathroom and sitting room, study, living room, dining room, kitchen and 3 service bedrooms. These rooms are arranged in place in the manner of a villa. The common areas face the garden. Making good of the terrain´s slope, the children’s area and service bedrooms were placed half a floor below, facing the northeast, while the parents´area was located half a floor above, generating a continuous flat roof that spans the entire width of the project. 

In the middle of the public area, a square patio was inserted, with a glazed perimeter and a water floor, which organizes the circulation between the reception and exterior areas.
