House in Mar Bravo
This is a family vacation home, which is inserted in a rocky and steep terrain facing the Pacific Ocean, connecting the street level directly to the seashore. Due to the maximum height norms for the terrain, we designed several platforms which step down from the access street.
The first platform is immediately below the street level, containing the garage, the entrance to the house and master bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and part of the terrace are located on the lower level; and the four guest rooms with their own bathrooms on the first floor. All rooms enjoy excellent views over the sea and the rocky seashore and direct access to the outdoor terraces that form a continuous sequence in the landscape.
